I have Diamond status and from comments here it seems like I will most likely get a suite upgrade. Is there anyway to email hotel ahead of time to find out what type of suite I might get? I need to make sure somehow there will bedding for 3 people (which is shown in the reservation)
What is the best restaurant in this hotel without breaking my bank? Also, on departure date, we have to catch a 11am flight out of HKG, my plan is to take the ferry directly to HKG, any information about that ferry would much appreciate it.
Never been to Macau so I am really looking forward to it!
The first turbojet to the airport is 7:15am and it will take 70 minutes:
https://www.turbojet.com.hk/en/routi...ule-fares.aspx. I usually get an email from the hotel about a week before arrival detailing Diamond benefits. You can reply back with any questions/requests. All the restaurants in the Cotai complex are more expensive than the restaurants in town but not ridiculous. I would suggest eating breakfast (free) at the hotel and going into town for lunch and dinner. There are numerous restaurants in the complex plus a food court at the top of the attached mall. As Saaveraward suggested, you should try the lunch at Robuchon. You won't find a better deal anywhere! There are also many great (and terrible) Portuguese restaurants in Macau. Check with the Concierge for a recommendation. Have fun!
