Maybe I'm just lucky, but I have enjoyed these on every flight between PTY and JFK, LAS and LAX.
I just flew LAS-PTY on the red eye las Monday, and those seats were great. Must say they ruined it for me, however, by waking us up 3 hours into the flight to serve breakfast. I had requested they not wake me, but the bright lights along with the plates and silverware clanking around woke me up. Made Tuesday one long day.
My complaint may simply be a Gringo thing, however, as the rest of the J cabin was all Latino and they were all eating. I observed just to see if I was alone in my dissatisfaction. Appears I was.
