I'm also confused. MR points go to the primary/basic cardholder for any Amex account.

Authorized Users get their own pieces of plastic that allow them to charge to the same Amex account, but points for their charges still go to the MR balance of the primary cardholder.

I believe this works the same way for personal and business accounts.
Corporate cards are a different story altogether.
