I’ve reviewed this thread back to 10 Dec ’15 so I think I’m up to speed, but I still have questions about my own situation.

I have had 3 Platinum Select cards with-in the past 2 years.

The 1st Card is a Platinum Select activated in Mar ’15 and converted to a “WE” Card in Jun ’15. I confirmed that from the physical card and by looking in my profile on-line.

The 2nd card is a Platinum Select Visa activated in Jul ’13. It was converted by Citi in Apr thru Jun ’15 to a Plat Select MC. I’m hoping it was converted to a “WE” at that time. In Sep ’15, I converted that card to a Bronze card. I destroyed the old card. I think it could have been a “WE” card since the card I labeled as “1st card” was also converted to a “WE” card in Jun ‘15. Its record was removed from my profile at Citi online so I can’t confirm it was a “WE” Card. So the big question is – What are the chances it was a “WE” Card? – and if so am I good to go on that one?

The 3rd card was a Platinum Select Visa activated in Dec ‘11 which was converted to a Bronze card at my request in Mar ’15. It was never a MC. Since it was never a “W” card I hope it doesn’t affect my chances now.

BTW when I check online for the “Cards you are Pre-qualified for” – The Platinum Select shows up 1st on top with 4 others also mentioned below. But I’ve never figured out if there is a connection from knowing that information. Maybe someone could explain.

So to sum it all up – What are my chances of getting the sign-up bonus now if I apply for the Citi AA Platinum Select 50kmi card?
