Give Joburg wide berth, unless you can swing a few days in between flights. Then it moves (in my well-developed opinion) to the top of that list. Go to a game reserve (or even Kruger), and commune with the large furry fellas living there. Come face to face with one of them, have him (or her, just as ferocious) take a look at you and consider you for lunchtime to gain a new perspective in life.
