Not even close. Those companies receive 2000+ resumes for each position they actually hire for. A large number of applicants or even very talented people don't hear back from those firms. Simple math and logic.
Its unfortunate that people spread claims that getting noticed by those companies is easy. The sheer volume of applications and people who want to work at those firms implies very clearly that a lot of good talent simply won't be noticed.
