What do people think?
I support the notion of adding a GENERAL disclaimer about employee incompetence to our wiki, but don't support the singling out of specific airline/station combinations.
On a semi-related note, I called the Beijing immigration phone number (010 5609 5400) yesterday about a different matter (boss's wife didn't believe that having a visa in an old passport would work), and was astounded by the "on the ballness". Basically, halfway through my question, their guy cut me off, and answered in a clear and concise manner (along with a dash of " don't be stupid "). If we can backlink the phone number (e.g. from a source that airline folks trust), this will be a great addition to the wiki. I'm also confident that they would willingly provide written documentation for people that have been hosed by airline minions.
