My two strangest are tied:

1. Eyeballs. I used to transport eyeballs frequently for Lion's Eye Bank. Didn't bother me, but I always had to watch out for queasy flight attendants!

2. Jellyfish. I brought rare jellyfish to Oregon from Corpus Cristi for the Oregon Coast Aquarium's exhibit.
