On Long Haul, they are very well fed... And quite often still ask for more... It is like being in a weekly performance of Oliver sometimes...!

And, on the point of the sugar... Maybe not hot enough to make a nice caramel to go on a pudding, but certainly to make it sticky. I think people underestimate how much heat is given off by not only instruments, but also things like IFE screens and server platforms etc.
