I am with some people here, that don't really care of compensation or more miles, but just want Delta to seriously recognize and respect my concern on their issues.
Unfortunately, CJKatl and many of SM members are correct, in a sense that Delta is down the hill nowadays in treating their SM or "generic" passengers. Delta's attitude to give away miles to "quiet" complaints is not acceptable for me in my case.

I'll google Christopher Elliot (no idea who he is), and see if I can direct my complaint to his info.
