It's inconsequential for those who already understand the Wikipost system, whether from here or other web sites. For a Wikipost n00b, it's extremely confusing. The first time I encountered the bug (probably almost 18 months ago), I believed my click on the "+" was going to show something, because the hover text said it would. (I hadn't noticed the "-" before clicking the "+.") The Wikipost vanished, I didn't notice the blue bar (an animated collapse might have helped me notice it); I also didn't know to look for the blue bar, so just concluded the system was flat broken. I was supposed to be adding to a Wikipost some info about my status for an event. I never did figure out how to do so before the event, and only as of the other day came to understand the problem. I've pretty much ignored Wikiposts for a year or more because of the confusing encounter. (Didn't have much reason to learn the Wikipost system until recently.)
