Venice--But in my mind I cannot seperate the entire beauty of the Veneto.
Rome--Always fun. Always good food. The art!
Brussells--An interesting mix of old and new.
Jerusalem--Yes I know you'd probably have to fly into Tel Aviv, but get to Jerusalem!
