Yep, tried the kiosks to the left of the queue even before I joined the line , wouldnt issue a BP and the screen told me to see an agent at the desk . Even tried it again after the second (wrong) BP was issued

I dont understand what snarky means but if you mean sarcastic then yes, you have achieved your aim
