No, the impression I had is that the UK office were not quite ready for the announcement made in Singapore. Undoubtably there were still a few more things they needed to put in place (hopefully nothing as major as actually getting slots!!).

But at the moment flights are still LGW-AMS-CGK & vv 3 times a week. Normally most airlines sort out the fine details, update the GDS and then make the announcement, but this is operating in reverse.

Therefore I do not think it is possible for anyone to say with any major certainty what will happen until it actually happens, irrespective of any noise coming from Jakarta.

My money (but only IDR1) would be on one of two things happening - a) no changes at all and eventually LGW flights cease or b) Change to 5 weekly LHR-SIN-CGK-SIN-LHR flights, but not until the winter schedule.

I like to think those are educated, informed thoughts, but put them on the same level as Lion Air training Civit Cats to start flying their AT72's on domestic routes.
