Yes, 3 nights was enough IOO and enough to try each restaurant once. For dinners we did Zest, The Cellar and Jahn in that order. From looking at the website and reading up a bit on this thread we decided that we'd spend a bit of time in the villa since they are so nice and the view is awesome and only venture out once in the three days. We went and did the Angthong Marine Park Tour via speedboat which was pretty good. There's a new tour operator working in conjunction with the resort (Oceana Samui Charters) and they are very professional. The owner is an Australian guy called Rhys who's been in Thailand for 11 years and knows his stuff. We did a VIP tour on a brand new boat with only 6 pax (our whole group) and it was very reasonably priced considering the small number of passengers.
