If I have 100k miles but want to make a 110k mile reservation (US - Asia 2 in J), I would have to buy or transfer in those additional 10k miles correct?
There's also a change fee on AA awards as soon as they ticket correct (AA Gold so not waived)? If not I was thinking I could make the 100k redemption and then as soon as the miles hit my account (if within 24 hours) call back and add the flight continuing from TYO to SIN.
