QF tend to leave NRSA's and last minute upgraders (unless higher status) till last, which is fair enough and usually comment to the staff "I'll come back to you" or whatever depending on the load.

Sometimes I've seen CSM's greet Plat/P1 members and discretely (as much as one can on a 737!) ask for a preference front up, but that's not usually the norm that I've seen.
