With reference to Littlegirl's comment above about bringing hot drinks to the flight crew..

Is there a service standard for requests from the flight deck? Are they restricted to certain things, water/coffee/tea etc or could a pilot ask for a coca cola with ice and lemon, some orange juice, or crisps if available, etc? How are these requests prioritised?

Or is it quite limited/informal..
