You need travel to Siem Reep for that and need a full day there
Some boats , some buses do cover this route but we are talking 1/2 day travel each way (8hours), though you can fly between the two cities with multiple flights per day
You probably want/need to stay overnight in Siem Reep whilst keeping the IC room.
