1) Book the back to back and risk it. If everything goes well, 35 minutes should be enough. An HBO for the repositioning is less than £40.
2) Book the DUB-LHR flight. That would give me more time, but I'd be in trouble if the LCY-DUB flight is delayed.
3) Stay in DUB and leave in the morning. Obviously more expensive!
Most risky is 2) of course. Least risky, probably, is 3), with 1) not far behind. Depends on how well you cope with uncertainty basically. I'd also give you a 50/50 on getting the 200 gates, which would be a doddle, you'd have 30 minutes excess time.
