They will normally go from front to back, but I have never failed to get my choice, even in the very last row, they do overcater in J (and sometimes on the longer flights, such as SD-PER) I have been able to obtain seconds.
A bar service is offered all day, with pretty much the same bar offering. It won't be announced on your breakfast flight but will be available if you ask for it.
