I presume "immediate family" doesn't include in-laws? I know the terms are "Immediate family refers to spouse, domestic partner and/or children under 18 years of age" but is this a YMMV kind of situation?

I will be traveling with my wife, 6 month old daughter, father and mother in law on AA and wondering if we can all get into AC using my Prestige.
