I was just wondering how the meal orders/choices are taken in J - are they taken in order front to back v.v. or are taken one way or another then prioritised by status in the galley (like in CW on BA)?

Also does the drinks list change depending on time of day? In a few months time I'll be flying SYD-PER in the evening and PER-SYD in the morning - will the drinks list have the same offering? And the important question - is QF serving VB again and do they stock Bundy rum?
