The breakfast isn't a reason for me to quit Hyatt. The events in the past few months starting with the data breach, the status match fiasco, the lack of promotions, and the website being down for 6 hours is making me seriously give the other programs a second look.

I understand websites go through routine maintenance, but for it to be down in the afternoon (in the US), it had to be something more serious than just simple maintenance.
