I called the number above regarding my SPG business card. I've had it about 15 years and put $20-$25K per year on it.
I asked if they would waive the fee in light of Marriott representing a weaker currency and was told no fee waiver was available. After listening to a long spiel about how valuable the card can be, I asked point blank what can be done for me. Walked away with a $100 statement credit, so I'm a happy camper.
