Hello, just returned from my trip!
The upper level A380 is quiet in WT, but it is less spacious than downstairs. So during the day, I would prefer downstairs, but at night would prefer upstairs to sleep easier = ) Overall wasn't so impressed with A380, I would probably prefer the 77W. Either case was nice to say I have flown the A380!

As for the flights, yes as said only toothbrush and paste given with earphones and blanket and pillow, otherwise you can request socks and eyeshades. Unlimited drinks, but they do tend to run out of some softdrinks later in the flight. And the snacks are really not healthy, a combination of chocolates and crisps. Otherwise the two hot meals they give are fine.

I did not like the nachos, I believe BA can improve on this and provide a better in-between meals offering.

May fly another airline on this route just to compare to BA's experience!
