Certainly you are entitled to your opinion but I gotta say any one of the other 3 factors would - in and of itself - trump breakfast and coffee for me. Breakfast (and coffee) is something I can usually buy anywhere (excepting a few African countries I visit, but certainly in the US) - but a good night's sleep before a jam-packed work day is priceless, as are points that buy me top tier rooms.
To each his own.
I agree... breakfast is one of my lowest priorities for a property. In the same evaluation, Hyatt would be the clear winner.
I suppose this is why boxing judges rarely agree with each other on score a bout.
