I have the same thing.
Let's say 3 accounts for 3 people A,B,C. I designate person A as the main account, then I add A as the authorized user for both B's and C's Amex MR. Then I can transfer all the points from 3 accounts to A's FF account ^

Not sure if this is what you're asking about.
