The hotel world isn't always up to the internet age, for various reasons. My first choice would be to call, followed by faxing the front desk if they publish a fax #. If you're in a hurry, of course.

You can always email but I don't think you'll find that most hotels consider it a priority. Especially if they don't publish the email as a primary method of contact.
