Thanks crimsona for your comment. Where do you see those deals, and do they include taxes & fees? Our schedule is April 2016, btw.

Actually none of the Asia 1 countries sound interesting to me, except maybe HKG. Can I add Hawaii (45K) or Guam (Asia 2 * edit: so I guess not allowed*), for 75K redemption? If yes, we can do:

YYZ > XXX > NGO > CTS > GUM or HNL > XXX > YYZ
(XXX are connecting flights only.)

Would 75K for the above itinerary be still such a terrible deal to you?
