Well, as frequent travellers, we have all heard the warnings -- no cell phones once the captain has turned on the fasten seatbelt sign. HOwever, I have noticed more and more folks using their phone once we land -- and are not even remotly close to the gate!

On my flight from ORD-LGA the other day, we no sooner landed then the guy next to me pulled out his phone and started to make a call. I politely asked him to put it away. He started to protest just as the flight attendant made her announcement that cell phones were still prohibited. Even though he knew I was right, if looks could kill, I would not be here right now. He did not use his phone until the fasten seatbelt sign went out.

Thoughts? Feelings?
