Jeepers. You've just reminded me that after waiting two months last time, when it did arrive, it was as you describe and looked most un-receipt-like. It also didn't explain the charge, merely confirmed that I had paid BA a certain amount on a certain date.

It arrived too late for me to be able to expense it anyway, but I remember thinking I'd be lucky to succeed with that.

Hmmm... If I get that this time I think I'll complain. Surely I'm entitled to a receipt that shows what I paid for?
