You can't apply a joker directly with a TA, any use of joker has to happen with BA.
If it was a TA bought ticket then I believe you can subsequently apply a joker with BA in order to open up reward space to do a UuA.
With a TA bought ticket when using a GUF you need to apply the GUF at the time of booking so I imagine trying to make a TA booking with a GUF & joker wouldn't work. However, as a TA can book in to revenue booking classes with a GUF anyway a joker would be irrelevant.
