Not a huge deal, I didn't argue with the concierge, but it seems silly to offer SPG Gold with the SPG Biz card if you can't use the benefits.

For reference, here are the benefits I was quoted for SPG Gold:
-Complimentary transfer to Ao Po Marina via speedboat (outside of normally scheduled times)
-Welcome Gift (either 250 starpoints or 1-time drink at Z Bar for 2 people)
-16:00 late checkout (subject to availability)
-Enhanced Tropical Pool Villa assignment (subject to availability)

It seems the hotel system did not reflect the correct SPG status of your account. You may ask the front desk staff to refresh their system and see if it will reflect the correct SPG status.
