Aha, a mystery solved!

Whenever I submit receipts for each month and a BA flight change receipt is missing I always assume I have somehow deleted it or it was never sent by BA

I hadn't realised BA don't even send them out - but whyever not?

I get an automatic receipt from BA when I book a flight and an automatic one when I use the online upgrade.....so why not for a flight change too?
