Food not worth the journey at Encounter. There are now a lot of new restaurant alternatives in T2, post reno.
Not sure what time of day you will be there. Last week, AC lounge had usual breakfast items. Lunchtime offerings included some pleasant looking sandwiches, salads, etc
Also had a very bad experience on observation deck above Encounter. Came close to being mugged. No one else around. Fortunately was able to make it back to elevator safely despite being outnumbered. Quite frightening. Have never been back.
