Hmmm. I will say all my bookings occurred when Citi Prestige was using Lifestyle Concierge in concert with CWT which would ultimately do the booking (making it a standard TA booking).
It's certainly a possibility that the way that it is booked under the new concierge (Aspire) is causing issues - I can't say one way or the other as I haven't made any bookings at all since Citi switched to Aspire (I believe they don't use CWT any for bookings as Lifestyle did).
