Just as a quick update, no coupon or paperwork was required this morning. There was however an aircraft change from a 767 to an A321, so my 2K window seat was shifted to 19E middle. Not ideal, but for a short hop up to EDI not really a problem. Was a little bumpy this morning, both out of LHR and into EDI, but nothing too severe.
