SN is not changing the 'codes' but migrating to a new reservation system:

NOTE! During the period January 24 - February 10, 2016, Brussels Airlines will migrate to a new system and no automatic transfer of points will be performed.Your points will be delayed and registered to your account after February 10. You can still do your retroactive registrations but please note that they will be on hold and sent to respective airline after February 15.
