Unless they have status, don't think they'd get priority security. And whilst they'd officially get access to a oneworld/BA-operated lounge on the virtue of same-day connecting Business travel, there are unfortunately no oneworld lounges at DUB (until Aer Lingus are fully integrated).

Get them exit row seats in ET. Will probably be nicer than row 2 onwards CE anyway...
