But a few months ago at a SHS, the steam from the shower actually ended up setting off the smoke alarm (which was right outside the bathroom door). That time, they actually had to have the fire department come to make sure everything was okay.

Then last night at a FS Marriott, I actually turned the shower on and accidentally fell asleep for hours, and when I woke up (fortunately it was only 8:30AM so shouldn't have disturbed many people) and opened the door, it happened again. Obviously that was my fault for falling asleep, although to be honest it wasn't even that much steam considering how long the shower was on.

Just curious if this has happened to anyone else?
