AC gives us the ridiculous choice of booking a "Flex" fare that typically earns 50% miles on any UA metal codeshared segments or pay the same price from United, Earn 100% Status miles on all segments but zero AQD.

This is a long-known glitch and it is truly shameful that AC management refuses to address it.
