No online upgrade applied (7pm day before arrival now) and all top room types still for next 2days including Premier, Chairman, Presidential Suites , the 3 room types higher than a Deluxe Suite
Nor1 offer is only to Premier and at bigger upsell amount than booking Premier Suite in the first place as Nor1 is based on full flex room rate price differences
