For what it's worth, here is the tripadvisor rating, AC Diplomatic is ranked No. 1 out of 340 hotels:

If I am not completely mistaken, the whole minibar was included in the room rate, by the way (incl. alcoholic drinks) and they have a nice rooftop area with a (tiny) pool.

Majestic is No. 7 out of 340:
