The Arts gets my vote if you are prepared to pay very high prices. Get a "Club Room" which means you can get free booze and food all day long. The Arts is actually a Ritz Carlton Hotel but they can't call it that for copyright reasons.

The Ducques de Bergarra is a lovely mid-price Hotel - I particularly like the rooftop pool.
