Thanks! I know when we fly in the US, we have never had any trouble but this will be our first time out of the country with this luggage. The previous times we just took a larger bag that we checked and each of us took an under seat carryon bag.

This is an expandable hard side carryon. We only expand it when traveling by car. The last time we went with a checked bag, by the time hubby put in his stuff, I only had 1/3 of the bag for mine. This time, I want my own.
