I opened a citigold account on 12/26 and have been travelling since so I was not able to do a bill pay either in Dec or in Jan. In fact I have not even funded this account. Now as the 60 days get over in Feb, I do not have enough days to do 2 bill pays in 2 consecutive months.
Should I close this account and open a new one in the current promo or call citi and request an extension.
