I've been told by FA's that it wasn't loaded, or wasn't available, or i didn't order it (despite confirmation online, by phone with agent, or through travel agent to reconfirm). AC sucks. And then 1 time i got a vegetarian meal instead which was not ordered, I ordered MOML. This for "international" long-haul.

OS/LH doesn't have issues at all with special meals when ordered. Only AC.
Must be cheaping out on the special meals and/or choosing NOT to load the meals for cost-saving?
