I'm not sure about the point of this thread as it seems to want to pinpoint which loyal customers are the most unhappy with the airline to which they give their business. And the point of that is?

Frankly, I don't understand keeping a vendor who treats you any way other than as a valued client. Unless a FF is located in an area with only one airline, why give business to a vendor who does not deserve it? I no longer fly CO because of the many reasons discussed in the CO forum. I don't understand giving a company business if that company provides an unsatisfactory product.
