However, they did work to rebook me on AA instead of having me wait 2 extra days to get out
They also gave me full credit for my original routing in PQM, PQS and PQD
They also refunded me the difference between F and Y as they couldn't book me in F on AA
I think overall that is very good customer service, I wouldn't expect them to pay for hotel, food etc as that is weather, not a MX issue.
